Origin: Born in the Adirondack mountains of New York but this creature has a wandering soul… you never know where Skelter will land next

Derby History: Skelter fell in love with derby in Denver, CO in 2017 and climbed the ranks of the Rocky Mountain Roller Derby team for 3 years. After a 3 year hiatus, Skelter couldn’t resist the draw to return to the track. She started skating with Cape Fear Roller Derby at the end of 2022 and her passion for this eight-wheeled chaos as been renewed!

Sport History: You name it, she’s probably at least tried it. As a kid, all the standard stuff: basketball, softball, soccer, track. As Skelter entered adulthood, things progressed. Walked onto a college softball team in Oklahoma, played women’s tackle football in Austin TX, jumped into an adult rugby league in Steamboat Springs, CO, and she didn’t stop there! Rock climbing, backpacking, hiking, rafting and snowboarding were added to the list in the mountains. This year’s goal living on the coast: surfing!

Likes: epic adventures, getting lost (but not too lost), making photos, working with wood and my sweet “little” pup
